Privacy
Short version: this site collects almost nothing, shares nothing, and tracks nobody. This page states exactly what is stored and for how long.
What we store
- Early-access list. If you submit the early-access form, we store the email address you typed, the submission timestamp, and an approximate country code derived by the Cloudflare edge (no IP address is recorded). One email address counts once — repeats are deduplicated by a keyed digest of the address, and the digest is not reversible into the address by us alone.
- Build requests. If you ask us to build a brief for a company that is in scope but not yet published, we store the company name and stock code you submitted — nothing else. No email is attached to a build request. Company names may appear on the public build-queue page, which lists accepted names and a count, with no timestamps or frequencies.
What we never do
- No cookies, no analytics, no ad pixels, no fingerprinting.
- No third-party requests: every page is self-contained (system fonts, inline assets), so your browser talks only to this site.
- No raw IP logging, no selling or sharing of anything with anyone.
How long we keep it
Waitlist records (email, timestamp, country code, deduplication mark) are kept for 400 days and then expire automatically. Build-request records are kept while the build queue they feed is active and are deleted when a request is fulfilled or abandoned; the queue listing itself shows names only.
Refresh policy for the briefs themselves
This concerns page content rather than personal data: briefs are rebuilt from the underlying official filings in batches after each reporting season. Every brief page footer carries a “Data as of” line stating which filing periods the page covers, and rebuilt briefs live at new content-stamped URLs while old URLs stay online for comparison.
